- Dance Clinic and Injury Prevention Assessment appointments can be made by calling our main office at 212-598-6022 Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:30pm.
- The Dance Clinic is located at 240 East 18th Street, suite 21 on the southwest corner of 2nd Avenue.
- Physical Therapy appointments can be made by calling the Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy department at 212-598-6054. Please be sure to let the receptionist know you are a dancer to ensure you are placed with one of our Dance Physical Therapists.
