- The Dance Clinic is located at 240 East 18th Street, suite 21 on the southwest corner of 2nd Avenue.
- As of June 25, 2012 Harkness Dance Physical Therapy appointments are held at 614 2nd Avenue, Suite 2G Avenue (at 34th street).
