A: If your gift is unrestricted, you allow the Hospital for Joint Diseases to allocate your contribution to where it is most needed to ensure our ability to provide the best quality patient care. You may also choose to designate your gift to a specific medical service or patient care program in the Hospital.

Q: What are the different ways I can make a gift?

A: Gifts can be made by check, money order, credit, or the transfer of stock. In addition, there are many planned giving opportunities that have the potential to provide income to you and your beneficiaries.

Q: How do I make a gift in memory of, or in honor of a friend or loved one?

A: To make a memorial or tribute gift, please complete the following form and mail or fax it to the Office of Development. When the gift is received, special notification will be sent to the person or family you have indicated on the form. The amount of the donation will not be revealed. You will also receive an acknowledgment for your gift.
